MIOCASA, meaning "My Home" in Italian, was born from a straightforward observation: most affordable home furniture trades durability for aesthetics. Families buy shelving units, nightstands, and storage cabinets only to replace them within a year or two when particle board warps, plastic cracks, or cheap hinges give out. We believed there had to be a better way.
Founded in 2020, MIOCASA set out to build furniture that families could actually depend on. We chose steel as our primary material for a reason that goes beyond toughness. Metal does not warp in humidity, does not attract pests, and does not off-gas volatile chemicals into your living space. With a powder-coated or painted finish, steel resists rust, scratches, and stains while maintaining a clean, modern look for years.
Our first product was a simple metal storage locker inspired by the industrial cabinets found in schools and gymnasiums, but redesigned for the home. We refined the proportions, added ventilation vents for airflow, included wall anchor kits for safety, and offered it in colors that families actually wanted: soft pink, midnight black, fresh white, and sage green. The response was overwhelming. Within months, we expanded our lineup to include TV stands, rolling carts, nightstands, and even a pet furniture line.
Today, MIOCASA serves over 4,400 households across the United States.
